After developing a certain opinion of Estate Agents in the South Ribble area, whilst trying to find our first home, we contacted the team at Lawrence Rooney to view one of their properties. I initially chose Lawrence Rooney and the team for their local knowledge and the anticipated personal service, after being recommended, I was not let down. The team provided expert advice, advised of future purchase and most importantly provided weekly updates on who needed to do what and when; I always felt informed and in control. There were many outstanding qualities on the service they provide but the two that stand out is their excellent person centred service and how they communicate that. A truly outstanding estate agent.
