At Lawrence Rooney Estate Agents we are a local family business with Lawrence Rooney and Andrea Rooney taking active roles in the day-to-day operation. We opened in December 2006 and have been selling and letting houses. From January 2026 we are now focussing on letting houses across the South Ribble and Preston area.
